* Minimum stay 2 nights. Minimum stay 3 nights for the periods 03/28-04/01 (Easter), 04/25-27 (April 25th italian’s bank holiday).
** From July 20th to August 23rd, reservations are exclusively for weekly periods from Saturday to Saturday.

Prices do not include:

  • Crib for children up to 3 years old: Euro 20.00 flat rate
  • Additional bed for children up to 12 years old: Euro 15.00 per day
  • Additional bed linen change: Euro 10.00 per person
  • Additional bath linen change: Euro 10.00 per person
  • Extra cleaning: Euro 15.00/hour
  • Use of washing machine: Euro 10.00
  • Use of dryer: Euro 10.00
  • International breakfast (when not included): Euro 15.00 per person

*** Apartments must be left in good condition, free from personal effects, food supplies, newspapers, and magazines. Dishes and pots must be washed and put away. Garbage must be regularly sorted, closed in the appropriate bags, and taken to the nearby collection center. A penalty of Euro 100 will be applied for non-compliance.
