The estate covers 10 hectares, with over 500 olive trees of various cultivars including Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, and some rare ancient varieties. Our trees have low productivity, averaging less than 10 kg of olives per tree, resulting in an average yield of 1 liter per plant.
Hand-harvesting and cold pressing within 24 hours ensure a high-quality product. Producing organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil requires great attention and expertise. The olive mill must adhere to organic regulations to guarantee a healthy, chemical-free product.
Our farm is certified and undergoes annual inspections by authorized control bodies.
