We remind you that check-in is scheduled between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
We ask you, if possible, to respect these times for several reasons: for example, we cannot guarantee that your accommodation will be available before 4:00 PM, and after 7:00 PM, we are usually engaged in various activities, from closing/cleaning the pool to preparing dinner.
In any case, exclusively by agreement, it is possible to arrange other times.

Check-out is scheduled between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM. Also in this case, if it is possible to modify this time, by prior agreement, we will be happy to accommodate you.
PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
You will arrive after traveling about 1.7 km on a dirt road, but the best is yet to come: as soon as you reach the Borgo, a sign will direct you down a downhill road on the right and shortly after, it will turn you left to the parking lot. Despite our efforts and continuous maintenance, it often happens that the rain washes away some of the road, making the dirt road a bit challenging for inexperienced drivers or for cars that are particularly “low” or heavily loaded. In that case, don’t worry! Do not turn and proceed straight to the first houses, stop the car before the house with the green doors, before the vases that close the access, and proceed on foot inside the Borgo… we will find a solution together!
If you arrive at the parking lot without any problems, climb the access stairs to the Borgo and enter the small square: depending on the season, what we are doing, and who has been appointed to welcome you, I could direct you left, to Orsa’s red door, or right, to Fernanda’s gray door, or at the end of the courtyard in the office… in any case, don’t worry: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, there is definitely someone waiting for you!
Once we have welcomed you, if necessary, we will show you how to get to the house by car to unload or help you with your luggage. In any case, it is never allowed to leave the car parked in the square for longer than necessary for loading and unloading.

WELCOME:
If you have taken a long journey, we recommend starting your vacation with a nice Tuscan dinner: there are several restaurants nearby (within 2-5 km, from the pizzeria to the chic restaurant! It is preferable to book if you arrive on Friday or Saturday). If you don’t feel like getting back in the car, for an evening of total relaxation with good food, good wine, and good company, we can also suggest booking dinner (minimum 4 people) with us: Orsa will prepare a typical Tuscan menu with the best ingredients selected in the area. Upon request, it is possible to book take-out dishes.

WARNING:
The photographs published on our website and on the portals exclusively depict our structure and are as faithful and explanatory as possible to reality. However, we must inform you that from time to time, we cannot help but make some changes, improvements, or replacements of broken things. The garden also grows, invading if we plant something new, leaving holes if a plant dies… keeping the photographs on the website (and on all portals!!) constantly updated would be a tremendous job, and honestly, since they are not substantial changes, we prefer to dedicate ourselves to the care of the house, the garden, and the guests rather than to the care… of the photos!
